Refunds
1. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- The return must be arranged through our customer service team within the 30-day period.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.To be eligible for a refund or a replacement under this policy:
- The product must be returned in its original condition (including any accessories, packaging, and manuals).
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- The fault or damage must not be caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
3. Incorrect Items or Errors in Order
If we’ve made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., sending the wrong item or quantity), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you and cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect items.
4. Non-returnable/ non-refundable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for a return, including:- Pickleball balls - The lifetime of the pickleball balls is dependent on the user’s useability. PicklePower will not refund any pickleball ball products.

5. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@pickleballpower.co.nz or call 021 028 30979 We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product and issue a refund or exchange.
Please ensure the product is securely packed for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
7. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you have any concerns regarding your rights, please refer to the Act or contact us for clarification.
Warranty
We are an authorized retailer for the brands we carry. Each brand has its own warranty policy. For warranty claims, please reach out to us directly, and we will liaise with the brand on your behalf. Please note that warranties do not cover wear and tear, or damage caused intentionally or accidentally. Most paddles come with a warranty of 6 to 12 months, excluding any damage caused intentionally.
Shipping
PicklePower New Zealand delivers nationwide through the GoSweet Spots platform, partnering with Castle Parcels, PostHaste, and NZ Post. All orders are fully trackable online.
Please note:
1. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day
2. Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for all orders across New Zealand. For orders over $300*, we provide free shipping, but you must select this option during checkout.
Delivery times across New Zealand may vary. While we aim to deliver within 2 working days, please allow 3-7 working days for standard delivery. You will receive an automatic email with tracking information once the courier has your parcel.
